3 WLA Awards in the pocket!
We are very proud to share that three of our recent projects are the winners of the World Landscape Architecture Awards . Hofbogenpark and Waterplan Antwerp both received the Award of Excellence in the categories Concept - Design and Concept – Analysis and Planning! Our Sponge Garden was given the Honour Award in the category Built - Small.
The jury praised the inspiring approach of the Waterplan Antwerp to stormwater and community resiliency that could be applied in many cities around the world. The plan was mentioned as ‘"an interesting project that gives an inspiring vision of how a city can be resilient to the climate crisis, promoting a very interesting concept regarding water structures.”
The jury also admires the design of Hofbogenpark. “The extent of this concept into the environment is dramatic and incredibly substantial for a project of this nature”.
