Water from the watersquare in the Museum

From September 8th to 24th the Museum of Water opens in Rotterdam at Gemaal Afrikaanderplein. The Museum is an initiative by London based artist Amy Sharrocks and it exhibits a collection of publicly donated water and accompanying stories. Accumulating over two years in different sites worldwide, Museum of Water is an invitation to ponder this precious liquid and how we use it.

We think it’s only logical to add rainwater collected on our Rotterdam watersquare to the museum. On September 15th Dirk van Peijpe will ‘lecture’ about our vision on water in the Faculty of water program that accompanies the museum.
