Rotterdam invests 233 million in seven large urban greening projects

The municipality of Rotterdam announced a € 233 million investment in seven large urban projects, that all contribute to a greener, more healthy and climate adaptive city. We are proud to share that the “Hofbogenpark” is one of the selected projects for funding. The “Hofbogenpark” is located on the roof of the abandoned Hofbogen railway viaduct. With a length of two kilometers, the park will be the longest nature-inclusive and accessible public roof in the Netherlands. A new icon for the city, which not only connects the different neighborhoods, but also contributes to a solution for climate change with a smart and circular water system.
