DE URBANISTEN recieve 11th Philippe Rotthier European Prize of Architecture

On Saturday, 14th October 2017, DE URBANISTEN received the award of the Philippe Rotthier Prize in a festivious ceremony in Brussels. Founded by Phillipe Rotthier in 1982, the prize rewards works of collective and cultural value that draw on the genius of the European town.

The 2017 edition of the prize is a reward for architecture, urban projects and developments closely linked to water and its uses. DE URBANISTEN won the 1st prize in the overall category “water and the city” for the design and realization of the Watersquare in Rotterdam.
