Work in progress – our Rainstreet in Copenhagen!

In 2016 we made a design for the Rantzausgade, a well-known city street in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. The project went on hold for many years. But to our surprise and delight, the city of Copenhagen has started the realisation of our plan this year!

The Rantzausgade will become a climateproof street, where rainwater will be collected, retained and purified. Equally important is the increased lingering quality on the wide sidewalks and the generous space for pedestrians and cyclists.
